OTE £27,500 plus car Allowance.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.45am – 6pm Friday until 5.30pm and Saturday 9am – 5pm
5 day week to include every other Saturday (Wednesday off when Saturdays worked)
Our client is a local independent company who have been established for over 15 years, they manage and let a large portfolio of properties in the Herts, Bucks and Beds area. This is a great company who have areal presence in Tring and surrounding areas.
They are currently looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join the team, reporting directly to the Assistant Lettings Manager you will be working as part of a team and will handle all aspects of the letting process:
Dealing with prospective applicants
Attend viewings
Selling the benefits of each property to suit each applicant.
Reference processing
Property inspections
Landlord liaison
Skills & Experience:
Confident personality
Exceptional communication skills.
Administration skills
Strong organisational skills and time management skills
We are seeking an individual with ambition and a positive work ethic, driver with own car and a clean driving licence. There is a good basic salary on offer which is further enhanced by individual commission and a generous car allowance.
