Debt Recovery Officer 

Office: Sidcup, Kent (20-40% in office and 3-4 days working from home)


Salary: £28,553 pa

 

Are you an enthusiastic, hard-working person with an excellent work ethic who works hard to achieve results and give the highest level of customer satisfaction? Then this could be the perfect role for you!

Our client is focussed on delivering excellent customer service to our residents and need candidates who are highly motivated and dynamic with excellent telephone skills. The ideal person would be used to working to targets and KPIs, as you will be targeted on outbound calls and number of accounts worked each day. You will have the energy and enthusiasm to deliver a consistently high level of performance and customer service.  

They have a vibrant and busy Income Management Department responsible for minimising arrears and maximising income collection. In this role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, proactively recovering arrears owed by telephone, but also via all other forms of communication available. You will continue to work with our resident’s providing advice and support to avoid legal action for the recovery of debt.

Please note; Working & Operational Hours - 35 Hours per Week between 8am – 8pm May be required to work occasional Saturday mornings between 9am – 1pm



In this role you will bedelivering the comprehensive management of a debt recovery service with a full end to end resolution approach. Doing so through adopting a logical, problem solving and proactive approach, demonstrating self-reliance, resilience, confidence, and initiative.
