We are on the hunt for a social media expert to join our client who have offices in Chingford, Bow and Theydon Bois! These guys have created a professional and fun environment for their staff and encourage a 'work hard - play hard' attitude. About the role:
As a social media & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing creative and compelling content in addition to driving brand growth and engagement through all social media platforms. It is essential you live locally to East London or West Essex and ideally have an excellent understanding of these areas to assist you in interacting with local businesses. This role is incredibly versatile which means working from both home and office together will be an option if this suits you.
You will create content which will be used across digital campaigns, website blogs, publications, social media, and newsletters, both internal and external. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, creative and determined to deliver a high quality and community focused marketing strategies. Responsibilities:
Overseeing their socials channels, understanding trends and engagement levels
Work alongside our sales, lettings, and new homes departments to showcase our property portfolio
Engage with local business, charities, groups, and institutions for collaborations
Have excellent knowledge of digital marketing campaigns to help generate new business
Create blogs and newsletters
Analise engagement data
Experience in SEO, paid ads, and organic growth
Hands on experience in content management
Planning and developing campaigns - digital, social, and print
Proven track record of growing and retaining social audiences
All things marketing & PR lead
Developing our brand and showcasing our strengths, whilst being responsible for managing our image
Knowledge of Videography and photography a benefit
Requirements:
A passion for writing
An excellent command of English, written and spoken.
Outstanding organisation skills
Digital marketing experience
Excellent understanding of various social media platforms
An interest in the property business
Previous experience in a Digital Marketing role
An enthusiastic team player
