Basic Salary £15,000 - £18,000 + Commission OTE £45k plus Car Allowance.
We are looking for a super sales Negotiator to join our clients busy Camden office.
Experience is not essential, and if you are a bright and switched-on trainee who is looking for a career in property, we would love to hear from you.
If you are an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to take you career further, to land this role will mean spending your days doing what you love and in turn thrive to over achieve on a daily basis.
Your responsibilities:
Registering applicants’ details & requirements using our clients property software and keep in regular contact with them
Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants
Answer telephone and email enquiries
Monitor and maintain up to date property availability
Register new tenancies.
Update and maintain files ensuring that our terms of business, tenancy agreements etc are present and correct.
