Our Client is a forward thinking proactive independent local business that has established itself for over 20 years as the market leading name in successfully sell and letting property within the local area. They were Guild of Professional Estate Agent winners Southwest Home Counties Excellence Awards 3 times.
They are looking for an ambitious sales valuer for their Epsom office, who is confident building and maintaining relationships with clients, you will have a charismatic personality and be focussed on winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service.
All we need from you is:
A successful & stable career history within estate agency
A confident valuer/ lister with a strong instruction ratio
Successful hitting and exceeding sales targets
Well-presented and excellent communicators
Have an outgoing, vibrant personality and strong man management skills
Have a strong work ethic
Have a competitive desire to succeed
