Salary circa £25k per annum + Commission OTE £80k+ per annum



We are looking for an energetic self-starter who can quickly grasp the company’s vision, this person will be resourceful and have the vision to identify opportunities and convert successfully! 

A great opportunity to join a high-end furnishing and interior design company who specialise in bespoke interior design services, furniture packages, contemporary furnishings and accessories for property refurbishment and home staging for sale or let. With international offices in China, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia and Singapore, their clients include FTSE and Fortune 500 companies.

This is a Field Sales Role, and you will be focused on expanding the company’s market share by developing new client relationships and strengthening existing ones to forge new opportunities both B2B and to individual clients.



About you:



  • Ability to build sales by contacting and building relationships with new and existing clients


  • Extremely organised and capable of managing the full 360 sales cycle


  • Excellent communication & Networking skills


  • Articulate, Motivated and immaculately presented.


  • Ideally from the industry


  • Related experience within the furnishings or service sector would be advantageous.


  • Able to work independently and on own initiative as well as part of a team


  • Strong negotiating capabilities


  • Be persistent, self-motivated, and driven to make high sales commissions.


  • Outstanding track record of sales targets/Achievements.


  • Excellent Sales Skills - Negotiation/Understanding/Solution lead/Relationship Building qualities.


  • Ownership of a car and a clean UK driving licence


  • We need candidates who can conduct market research and explore new business opportunities and work closely with marketing to create and implement business strategies to increase brand awareness and sales to win new accounts.
