Finchley
£18,000 - £22,000 Plus commission and car allowance
Our client is a multi award-winning independent Estate Agency with two offices covering North London are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy team in Finchley. With their reputation for outstanding professionalism, they require an individual with a similar focus to join them and make their lettings department even more successful.

Strong knowledge of our CRM
Key Responsibilities:
Handling calls and emails enquiries to company standards
Productive dairy & time management
Dealing with customer enquiries effectively (see service charter)
Agreeing deals and ensuring monthly KPIs and banking’s are consistently hit
Regular Vendor care and obtaining price reductions
Developing more junior members of staff
Passing business to the mortgage broker & panel solicitors
Qualifying offers and negotiating deals
Lead by example and assisting more junior members
Prospecting & canvassing to generate valuations and build vendor database
Implementing strategies to increase market share
Completing valuations and taking on instructions in absence of manager.
Ensure focus on own development, progression and increasing industry knowledge
Escalate queries outside of own authority level
Maintain compliance with industry and internal process
Any other duties requested by manager or Directors.
Sharing ideas for canvassing and marketing
Perform market appraisals and take on instructions in absence of manager.
Hold morning meetings and take responsibility in absence of manager.
Prepare and record company figures when needed
Identify and implement strategies to increase stock levels and build market share
Effective sales progression to ensure deals exchange asap.
