This is a great opportunity for a first-class Sales Administrator who is looking to dip their toe into the world of Sales Negotiation.
Our client pride themselves on offering a fresh approach to the property industry and this has paid off as they now have a successful and well-established agency. They require someone with excellent property sales knowledge and flawless administration skills to assist with this busy department in this 360 role.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide an outstanding point of contact for clients and visitors.
Undertake a wide variety of administration tasks to assist the sales department including updating and maintaining the company website, portals, CRM database, window displays and marketing schedules.
Telephone enquiries any client/applicant/tenant queries promptly and professionally.
Send out all correspondence relating to the instruction and sales of our properties.
Arranging Viewings and attending the viewing acting as
Maintain an accurate record of allocation & movement of property keys.
Manage systems relating to company compliance, AML requirements etc to ensure adherence to industry requirements.
Liaise with third party suppliers such as photographers, telephone suppliers, and property portals.
Handle basic customer/client questions, queries and registrations during busy periods, co-ordinate advertising; continually seek to improve systems and increase efficiency and being responsible for sourcing interesting property news and posting it on our various social media marketing platforms
Maintain a system to ensure company compliance with industry guidelines and requirements such as money laundering and contract management for new instructions
Diary management
Requirements & Person Specification:
Previous experience in an administrative /service background or customer facing role.
Work experience within the property sector advantageous but not essential.
An outstanding individual who prides themselves in delivering first class service every time.
An enthusiastic self-starter who understands the company values and can implement them positively each day
First-class communication skills
Good business writing skills - grammar, punctuation, and spelling
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and willingness to learn new software packages
Attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
