The Job
Sales Manager, Estate Agent
Up to £25,000 Basic + Commission (£55k OTE)
Full UK driving licence required
Company Car or Car Allowance
Bonuses
Guarantee of £40k up to 6 months.

Manage the day to day running of the branch
Drive growth and market share by overseeing and participating in all aspects of Sales
Winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market
Increase revenue and profitability through achievement of business
Setting and reviewing of office and personal targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service

Experienced Sales Manager / Assistant Manager
