Pear is currently working alongside them in sourcing great candidates to fill this Property Management Team Manager position. You will be responsible for a team of between 5 & 8 Property Managers, Senior Property Managers and Trainee Property Managers. Maintaining the quality and services of apartments in the portfolios managed by the team, assistingwithday-to-dayqueries,
and supporting the team. This position requires an individual who can comprehensively manage Landlord and Tenant Expectations and experience along with successfully assisting and supporting development and improvement in the department and company.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, hardworking and a strong team player who thrives in challenging rolesandworkwellunderpressure.Excellentinterpersonalskills,communicationskillsandproblem-solving techniques are required.
KeyResponsibilities:
Direct management of team and HR responsibilities including staff attendance (holidays, sickness, punctuality) and time management.
EffectivelymanageallteammembersKPIs
Carry out monthly one-to-ones with all team members, hold team meetings, complete probationary appraisals where applicable and conduct promotion and pay rise meetings.
Conducting daily morning meetings with Property Managers (prioritization of work, monitoring workload issues, recap of yesterday, plan for the day and for tomorrow)
