Our client is a successful, privately owned independent agency. With eight offices spanning North and East London as well as Essex, they have over three decades experience in providing quality estate agency. They are market leaders in these areas offering a comprehensive service incorporating residential sales, letting and management.
They are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to work with this fantastic office in Hackney. A natural leader who will see the strengths that every member of the team has to offer
Your experience within a similar market means you have the tools to lead this already successful office to dizzy new heights!

Duties will include:
Successfully Manage the day to day running of the office, maximising income, and profit from a range of products and services
Increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
Helping manage and develop the teams you are working with so they can fulfil their potential and enable them to meet and exceed the targets set
Motivating your teams with incentives and rewards
Listing and selling properties
Ensuring business is compliant
We need you to be:

Full Driving Licence
Hard working and focused
Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs and requirements when buying and selling a property
