PEAR are delighted to be working with an amazing new client who are offering a refreshing change to a sharp Senior Lettings negotiator. They are an established international Property Investment Company who are looking to open a brand-new Lettings hub in central London, where they will successfully let and manage a great portfolio.
As Senior Lettings Negotiator it is important that you have 1-2 years’ experience working in this prime market. Great customer service skills are key to success in this role, with this attitude you can be sure that your retention rate is high. If you are looking for a long -term career move this is a forward-thinking company who value their staff as much as they do their clients. Common sense, resourcefulness, and a positive 'can-do' attitude would all be essential in this role.
Key duties & responsibilities:
Register new applicants.
Organising and conducting viewings.
Business development
Ensuring landlords and applicants are kept in the loop of the lettings process from beginning to end.
Negotiating offers successfully.
Preferred Skills:
Listing experience is a must
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong rapport building and networking skills.
Drive to go above and beyond to make sure the client has the best possible service.
