Basic salary £18,000 -£22,000 plus commission £50K OTE
Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays!
Our Client based in Hampstead is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy team.
We are looking for candidates with excellent negotiation skills and at least 2 Years experience who are articulate and well presented this is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual keen to further their career with a leading company.
Key duties and skills include:
Arranging and attending viewings
Negotiating on all sales
Booking valuations (conducting them if needed)
Managing own diary
Generating business/sales and maximising all opportunities
Supporting Branch Manager and team
Professional and motivated
Driven and personable
12 months experience
Great communication skills/customer care
Person Specification:
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
A strong customer focus
Desire to meet and exceed targets
Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude
High accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
Full UK driving licence
