Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9.30am to 6pm
Are you a property Manager who knows Palmers Green and the surrounding areas?
We need your organisational skills, winning personality and experience for our clients Palmers Green office.
You will manage all aspects of maintenance, management, and inspections, you will know what is required of you and always go above and beyond as Customer service is key to performing this role well.
You will be able to establish a great rapport with Landlords, tenants and contractors and have a keen eye for detail. Even though this is a part time role you will be required to take ownership and be responsible within this busy Property Management Department
The role is varied and requires flexibility, but here is a flavour of the day-to-day duties:
To submit the tenants references
Tenancy Agreement drafting
Ensuring photo ID and proof or addresses are correct, as per policy, and held on file
To register the deposit with the TDS or chase the landlord for a copy of the deposit certificate
To deal with the maintenance of the portfolio
Informing landlords of works where necessary
Assisting/giving advice to non-managed landlords
Dealing with deposit returns
Booking in legislative requirements
Sending invoices to landlords/dealing with landlords post and various administration
Drafting and serving notices
The ideal candidate must have:
Ideally Arla Qualified
1-2 Years Property Management Experience
Comprehensive property management experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Ability to multi task lots of duties
