Monday – Friday 9am-6pm
We are looking for a first class Lettings Administrator to join our client, who are one of Londons leading estate agents. Your extensive property experience is what sets you apart and is important for this role, along with your great work ethic and winning personality.
You will be working in beautiful offices moments from Oxford Street, this office covers central London's prime residential areas.
Working as part of the lettings team you will be required to manage and progress the paperworkfor new lettings deals from the point of an offer being agreed through to successful move in. Youwill also be in charge of the day to day lettings administration for the office such as preparingbrochures,canvassingetc. Experience in a similar role is imperative as we need you to be able to hit the ground running.
The main duties of the administrator will include;
Draftingpaperworkfornewtenancies.
Submitting reference requests for prospective tenants.Registeringdeposits.
Liaising with landlords and tenants and agents to ensure that paperwork is completed efficiently.
Arranginginventorycheck-ins.
Drawingup invoices.
