Salary £25,000 £30,000 plus commission £50k OTE
Our clients business development team is looking for 3 new members. This is an acquisitions role as they push forward with their expansion of the business with plans to triple the size of the business in the next 6 years. It takes a certain type of candidate as this is a vibrant and fast paced, young office. Without the access of a large database, you will be responsible for building and developing a network of agents and landlords, you will be confident travelling around the capital to introduce landlords who prefer a face to face introduction. Their recent research shows this method to be incredibly successful!
Depending on your experience, you will be looking at a salary of between £25 - £30K basicand OTE of £50k could be easily achieved. There is no limit on commission, the world is your oyster and the earning potential and number of properties you bring on to the market is unlimited. There is a supportive team, who will help you understand any licensing issues you may not be aware of along with any other teething issues in this new and exciting role.
We are looking for candidates with at least 2-3 years experience and a knowledge of HMO's would be great but not essential.
About the role:
Identifying business opportunities and create self-generated appointments.
Maintaining regular contact with Landlords and applicants and noting all correspondence and communications.
Assisting with business generation.
Various ad-hoc administration office duties.
Maintaining goodwill, establishing trust, and building long lasting relationships with clients.
Working collaboratively across all departments and referring business where necessary.
You'll have the following:
Possess the necessary mindset to win business in a competitive environment
Demonstrate and evidence previous success in new business generation
Pragmatically devise and implement strategies to enhance market share
Have a minimum of 12 months agency and listing experience
