Basic Salary up to £24k + Commission and bonuses £50k OTE

Negotiator Duties will include:
Obtaining mortgage leads
Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents
Maintaining applicant database
Negotiating offers
Co-ordinating sales
Conduct effective viewings.
