Our client is looking for an Assistant Lettings Manager to join their forward thinking and dynamic team in Ruislip. They are looking to recruit a high-quality individual to help drive the lettings team and be a business winner. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience in residential Lettings, a proven track record of winning business and always aiming for improvement, and must be adaptable to change. They are looking for someone who is fun, trustworthy with a high energy personality.
If you are amazingly organised, well-presented, knowledgeable of local market, can prioritise workload, are able to work well under pressure then this is the perfect role for you.
Whats on offer:
You will be working for a multi award winning estate agency with a great basic salary of £25k and commission on new & re let’s plus car allowance.
Hours are Monday- Friday 8:30am -6:30pm . Every other Saturday 9am-4pm
