- New Homes Mortgage Broker – Bromley
We have a great opportunity to work with one of London and Kent’s most successful and ambitious property companies. They now have 39 offices and 10 Divisions. As they continue to expand, we are looking to appoint an extremely motivated, enthusiastic and career driven New Homes Mortgage Broker to join our company in Bromley, Kent.
To be considered you must be CeMAP qualified or equivalent, with at least one years' experience working within the mortgage market, ideally with exposure to new-build mortgages. This could have been in a financial institution, mortgage brokerage, estate agency, or related industry within the UK.
The ideal candidate will have:
An entrepreneurial approach to business
Motivation, drive and determination
Experience of working in a target-driven, customer-focused environment
A proven track record of sales
Expert knowledge of the new-build mortgage and protection markets
The ability to build relationships with the estate agency team and other departments
Business development skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred - A car owner with a full clean driving licence
Salary: Competitive basic salary, car and petrol allowance plus commission package. Year 1 OTE - £50,000 to £75,000 per annum, Year 2 onwards OTE £100,000 per annum.
