Sales and Lettings Administrator – Grange Park

£25,000 - £30,000

Monday to Friday working week!

 

Our client based in Grange Park is seeking a strong all rounded Property Administrator to join their busy team in a Sales and Lettings environment.



Providing support to the team you will be responsible for diary management, checking and responding to correspondence.



You will also be providing support to a busy team including organising property maintenance checks, maintaining the property database and ensuring all details are accurate, checking all property documentation and chasing any missing information, preparing sales documentation, answering general enquiries and general administration duties including scanning, faxing, filing property details and advertising as well as other duties as required.



If you come from a property background and possess strong administration skills, this position will be a perfect!!  To fit in well with this great team you will be confident and outgoing with a happy to help attitude at all times.
