Salary circa £25,000
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Our client is looking for a Trainee Property Manager to join their Property Management team, managing a portfolio of properties based in their busy Regents Park office in. The ideal candidate will have a property background either in property management or lettings administration focusing on Property Maintenance.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:-
Looking after all properties within the portfolio covering all aspects of landlord and tenant management including
Minor repairs & Major refurbishments,
Insurance claims,
Property visits and Inspections etc.
Arranging mandatory safety checks,
Booking pre tenancy works,
Along with excellent customer service skills you will be;
Well organised
An excellent multi-tasker with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise duties.
Have strong communication skills,
Well presented
Ability to work on your own initiative
Experience of supporting a fast paced team.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential
Problem solving
Knowledge of lettings legislation essential
Understanding of CFP Winman/ Reapit would be preferable.
ARLA qualified would be an advantage.
