We have a wonderful opportunity for a confident individual to join our clients Willesden Green Office. They are a leading independent agency who pride themselves on being customer focussed and dedicated to delivering the highest level of customer service, always putting their customers first.
They are a hard-working team, well established in Willesden Green and one of the most popular agents among the community and are looking for a confident individual with an engaging personality and a genuine care for helping others. This is not a typical Sales role; they are trusted advisors working on behalf of clients who trust them with their biggest asset.Our goal is to build long term relationships with all our clients so being a true people person is a must quality in any potential candidate.
As a Sales Manager you will:
Lead, motivate and inspire others as you demonstrate impeccable professionalism.
Responsibilities include the running and performance of your team, working towards delivering a business plan target.
Engage your team and inspire productivity
Conduct regular reviews including morning meetings
Set realistic goals and empower your team to reach them
Continuously monitor performance making improvements where necessary
Contribute innovative marketing ideas and support related initiatives
Negotiate offers and assist in progressing sales to completion.

Saturdays10amto2pm.TimeofinlieuofworkingSaturdays
Salary:
Basic of up to £40,000 with an overall Salary of £70,000 OTE depending on experience (salary packagewill be tailor made specifically for the ideal candidate including basic, commission, bonuses and carallowance)
Holiday:
28days(includingbankholidays)-holidayyearrunsfromJanuary–December
