- Assistant Lettings Manager – Battersea
Salary: Year one OTE £68,031 plus Oyster Card Zones 1-2
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 6pm, Friday until 5pm and Every other Saturday 9am-5pm
This is a unique opportunity to join our client’s business as they launch their new Lettings and PropertyManagement division. They will be building new teams, systems and processes allowing them to avoid the pitfallsandpinchpointsthatmanyestablishedagenciesaremired. The aim is to achieve true collaborations from front office to back, creating a team where everyonesucceedsandcelebratestogether,andwheremutualrespectforallofcolleaguesisthebackboneoftheir success.

Skills & Attributes:
A proven track record within residential lettings, preferably within London or the Home Counties
A sense of urgency for goal achievement
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Confident and enthusiastic communication style
Self-starting with the desire to succeed
Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly
To be able to provide an accurate market appraisal and sell the business to gain new instructions
Good IT literacy skills
At least 4 years Lettings experience, 2 years of which at Senior Negotiator level or above
Previous valuation and listing experience is essential
