Salary: £22,000 - £24,000
Working HoursMonday -, Friday 9am-5.30pm
Our Client based in Hertford is looking for a switched on Client account administrator to join a friendly team looking after the clients accounts for this busy office.
The successful applicant will be a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and continuity. The ability to multi-task and work on few projects simultaneously, someone self-motivated and able to keep on top of the administration for this department. This is a great opportunity for a budding accountant as this company will support you in your studies gaining you AAT/ACCA qualification.
DUTIES:
Deal with general day to day accounts office queries
Client receipts
Dealing with incoming payments
Accounts payable
Updating landlord / tenant / tenancy details
Verifying new bank account details with landlords
Checking position on outstanding rents
Providing information to landlords and tenants
Providing copy statements and annual accounts summaries to landlords
Answering telephone call enquiries
Providing backup support to other colleagues in the team
