Working Hours Monday to Friday 8.45am till 6pm
We have a great opportunity for a Junior property Manager to join a specialist lettings agent who have the highest standards. This company was established in 2006 and has gone from strength to strength, now successfully running two branches. This is a truly involved role where you will be an extremely important part of the team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Handling Tenants enquiries in an efficient and timely manner
Dispatching engineers/subcontractors.
Logging calls on to software
Management of client and engineer/subcontractor until job completion.
Maintaining a high standard of customer service and constant communication.
Prioritising workloads to ensure effective response times.
Data processing and general administrative tasks in the office.
Skills & Experience:
You must have experience of dealing with queries over the telephone, ideally regarding maintenance.
Experience of data processing and able to carry out a range of administrative tasks.
Experience in a service industry would be ideal.
You must have excellent communication skills, especially over the telephone.
Be able to work well in a team and provide support to others.
Show initiative in order to solve problems in challenging situations.
Be able to stay calm and professional in all situations with clients.
