£14,000 - £16,000 + Com + Car Allowance
Our client is a successful, privately owned independent agency. With offices spanning North and East London as well as Essex, they have over three decades experience in providing quality estate agency. They are market leaders in these areas offering a comprehensive service incorporating residential sales, letting and management.
Due to increasing growth they are looking for a Lettings Negotiator with at least one years’ experience in lettings. To be considered for this role you must be able to:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in
Previous lettings experience is essential
Full UK driving licence.
