£28,000 - £32,000 plus commission
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am – 6.30pm
1 or 2 Saturdays per month 10.30am -2.30pm
A Multi-Award winning luxury property agency located in Mayfair, are an seeking experienced sales person to join their amazing team! You will have at least 5 years experience of dealing in the Central London market prime market covering areas like Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Belgravia and surrounding areas.
We are looking for candidates with leadership skills to take the sales department to the next level. A natural team leader who has their mind set on progressing their career to the highest heights! Based in central London, transport can be an issue, but that’s not a concern as you will have access to a brand new company branded Electric BMW I3 downstairs in an Allocated Underground Parking facility within the building, they pay for the car and insurance so they can use this anytime, any day.
Commissions are high here, so as long as you are dedicated and determined you are sure to hit financial success with these guys!
Main duties:
Qualifying new applicants
Generating new business
Arranging and carrying-out viewings
Providing a first-class service to all customers and vendors
Ensuring clients’ expectations are managed correctly, with the aim of exceeding them
Negotiating with all parties to ensure the best outcome for everyone
Managing the sales process
Skills profile:
Confident dealing with people
Be approachable, helpful and project positivity
The ability to 'think out of the box' when dealing with customers
Enjoy making a positive contribution to office life independently and as part of the team
Exceptional attention to detail
Must thrive on working at and delivering consistently high standards under pressure
Full Clean UK driving Licence
