Up to £18,000 + Com OTE £50k
Our client, a market leading Estate Agent based in great offices in Surrey Quays are currently on the look out for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. For this role candidates will of course need previous experience in the residential property industry and have the drive to continually push themselves to be successful.
We want people who are well presented, dynamic and target driven, who are results focussed, self-motivated and believe in exceptional customer service.
As a senior Sales Negotiator your responsibilities will involve all aspects of property sales, dealing with enquiries, arranging viewing, valuation and mortgage appointments, negotiating sales and following themthrough to completion.
To be considered for this position you must have experience in:
Valuations and listing
Conducting viewings
Dealing with Offers and Sales Progression
Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly and annual targets
