They are now looking for a target driven Lettings Negotiator to welcome into the team. Having gained some experience from your 1-2 years in the industry and looking to make that change to further your career.
As Lettings Negotiator you will:
Identify and register potential tenants
Secure maximum quality viewings, followed them up, and obtained offers
Undertake negotiations on behalf of the landlord and achieved successful lets
