We are currently looking for an ultra-organised support administrator to join this Marketing Agency based in Cheltenham. This is a multifaceted role that will see you involved in many areas of the business to ensure the monthly campaigns were completed on time and smoothly.
Impeccable attention to detail is a must and your ability to multitask is going to extremely necessary so that you can manage different components in order to bring the different sector together. As an expanding online marketing company, our client offer progression to all employees, this role is no different. For the right candidate role and salary progression is available.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator able to deal with a variety of individuals both internally to the company and external contractors. Experience in preparing data for management reports, a numerical ability and experience using Google Suite and MS Office are all important to be able to carry out this role successfully.
Role responsibilities:
General Office Administrative duties, to include data entry, issuing of content to our contractors and support to the Head of Finance and wider team
Finance Admin duties, to include invoice chasing, rectifying any invoice issues and reconciliation of PayPal payments.
Communicating with contractors and freelances via email and skype.
Preparing data for management reports
Updating Google sheets and Google Docs
Ensuring outlook incoming emails are emptied daily.
Attributes:
A quick learner with a drive to learn and progress.
Ability to multi-task and create processes where needed
Strong communication skills
Previous accounts experience would be desirable but not essential.
Team player
Self-Motivated
Good time management and organisation skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, outlook, Google sheets and Google docs.
