Basic Salary £19k (OTE £55k)
Guarantee of £30,000 for the first three months!
Hours of work:
The opening hours of the branch are 08:30- 19:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:30 to 18:00 Friday and 09:30 to 16:00 on Saturdays. You will be required to work alternate Saturdays.
As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be working closely with the Sales Manager to create and deliver the sales strategy for your department. You will play a fundamental role in developing future growth and providing vision, direction and leadership through your actions. Responsible for generating new business opportunities by way of market appraisals, whilst managing your individual sales performance against the departments targeted key performance indicators. You will be required to build and maintain relationships with buyers and vendors with an emphasis on client care and sales through consultation.
Typical Responsibilities:
Sourcing new business through developing relationships with landlords, and other relevant stakeholders
Increasing market share in existing markets and maximising new businessopportunities
Achieving targets for revenue, profitability, and salesgrowth
Calling and meeting with propertyowners
Responding to client communications in a professional and timelymanner
Attending meetings with other individuals involved in the sellingprocess
Negotiating offers betweenparties
Maintaining standards according to company policy and the Ombudsmancode
Liaising with administrationteams
Assisting in the efficient progression of the sale untilcompletion
Reaching targets and companyKPI’S
Ensuring administrative records are kept up to date at alltimes
Ensuring client feedback and high standards of care are adhered to at alltimes
Assisting in the collation of key performance statistics to headoffice
Responding to telephone, website leads & using internalsoftware
Applicant and viewingmanagement
Conducting viewings with prospectivebuyers
Ensuring all viewings are followed up and feedback provided to thevendor
Keeping in regular contact with all potential buyers, updating recordsaccordingly.
Answering general enquiries fromapplicants
Acting as an ambassador and role model for yourbusiness
