Our client, a progressive and forward-thinking Estate Agents in Highgate is looking for an outstanding Junior Block Manager to join their team.
This is a great opportunity to join this vibrant, lively office where you will receive excellent training and career progression. Right now they are looking to set up a new department for Block Management and they need an experienced PM or Junior BM who is flexible and willing to be a proactive and get involved with other aspects whilst developing this role.
Duties to include:
Providing exceptional levels of service to clients
Visiting sites and ensuring contractors attend to work
Preparing and Issuing service charge budget
Completing Section 20 Notices
Liaising with internal accounts and utilising specialist property management software
You will have a keen eye for detail and be used to dealing with clients for whom high levels of service are paramount. Previous experience in residential block management or property management is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a new and rapidly growing division of a well established firm.
