Flexible working options: 5 ½ days or 3 full days ideally to include a Saturday.
We are actively seeking a confident and ambitious senior sales negotiator to join this family run Estate Agent based in Wembley Park. With impeccable communication skills and your wealth of experience you will be able to jump straight into this role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this growing lettings department.
Main duties involve.
Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
Registering and actively promoting properties to potential tenants
Generating new business
Valuations & Winning instructions
Carrying out lettings viewings
Negotiating and closing offers
Weekly landlord updates
Setting and exceeding town targets
Building and growing the team
