- This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a wonderful independent agent in Cheshunt. With a fast growing Lettings department - our client needs a Property Manager who can hit the ground running!
This a well established company is managed by one owner and encompasses 3 offices in key town centre locations, they value their staff and the proof is in the pudding hen you look at staff retention. And a great perk is working Monday to Friday with an occasional Saturday here and there!
As a Property Manager, your role will involve:
Booking relevant contractors for maintenance & repairs.
Processing insurance claims
Renewals
Property Inspections
Conducting routine visits and creating reports for the landlord.
Processing all invoices and checking fees and finance.
Drawing up legal paperwork including notices and tenancy agreements
Arranging Gas certs and epc and electrical reports
Ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is provided and upheld.
The Individual
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
ARLA qualification would be desirable.
A minimum of 12 months property management or similar experience.
Full and clean UK driver’s licence and own vehicle
Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Highly motivated and positive with a “can do” attitude.
