The main purpose of the role is detailed below:
To generate profit by driving income/activity levels of estate agency and associated activities for the group
To create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
Maximise resources to increase operational profitability
Personally generate fee income from daily activities
Develop long term client relationships to ensure client retention
Monitor activity to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice
Ensure that staff are focussed on Core Priorities of the business
Recruit and develop successful teams and individuals who have long term careers with the company
