Lettings Negotiator - Crouch End
Salary; UP TO £20k plus commission £40k OTE & Car Allowance
8.45am- 7pm Monday to Friday. Every Saturday with a half day off during week.

To be considered for this role, applicants will have:
Conducting viewings and lettings properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular database
Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business.
Customer Service skills
Ability to demonstrate initiative
A proven track record in lettings and winning instructions
Local area knowledge
A full driving licence
A hard working and positive attitude is essential to this role.
