£15,000 + Commission + Car Allowance
Working hours: M-F 8:30am – 6:30pm and Sats 9am – 5pm // 5 Day week with a lieu day off during the week // 1 Sat off a month
Our Client is looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator for their branch in Surbiton. You must be ambitious and responsible liaising with clients to market properties in the most appropriate manner to maximise rental value
In addition:
Valuing properties
Handling enquiries from potential landlords & tenants
Booking and undertaking property visits
Negotiating the letting of properties
Producing reports, brochures, promotional information and other written material
Ensuring legal compliance relating to all lettings matters
Meeting targets; ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
The individual should have:
A minimum of 6 months experience for Lettings Negotiator in a customer facing role
A valid UK driving licence
Good negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An excellent telephone manner
Live within a reasonable driving distance to Reading
An organised and methodical approach
Ability to build excellent customer relationships
