Our client is an award-winning, independent family-run estate agent in North London and North West London. The company is well respected within their area and the industry and are looking for an Sales Negotiator for their Finchley office.
New Homes understanding and experience is preferred, ideally with familiarity of the local market, including new homes awareness, Business to Business experience/exposure and a strong customer focussed approach.
The role will require you to;
Drive sales and meet the sales targets
To report to the New Homes Sales Manager
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
The candidate requirements are as follows;
Proven track record in sales, new homes would be ideal
Well-presented
Excellent time management
