Our Client is a well established Estate Agent based in Holloway with an enviable reputation. They are looking for a Marketing Executive with property experience to join their expanding business.
The position is a varied post which will cover all aspects of marketing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Daily checks of website listings, editing any errors and collating materials.
Selecting properties for magazine advert & editorial write-ups, preparing info and submitting to magazines
Assisting with co-ordination of content and assets needed for website, PR & social media
Organising various content updates on website – some use of Spectre, Homesearch, Guild Hub, Reapit.
Assist with reports and produce video presentations.
Evaluate marketing campaigns using tracking and analytical software and assess the results.
Management of all Social Media Platforms
Management & fulfilment of marketing collateral to the branches and international offices for events
Personal Qualities:

Self-Confidence
Well presented
