Senior Lettings Negotiator- Holloway
£20,000 - £25,000 + Commission + Company Pool Car
Our client is looking to appoint a driven, motivated and tenacious Senior Lettings Negotiator who has proven success in Residential Lettings valuations, to join their team In Holloway, North London. The Ideal candidate will be well presented and have strong communication and time management skills. Good local area knowledge is essential.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Proven success in meeting and exceeding targets
The ability to negotiate
Sound business ethics
Tenacity and be a self-starter
The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
