Monday to Friday 9am - 6.30pm plus every other Saturday
We have a great position for an experienced Property Manager to join this award winning leading London independent Estate Agent. They are a great team who pride themselves on customer service so will be looking for an outstanding administrator compliment their brand.
We are looking for candidates with a great personality, who are resilient and ready to be part of a great team.
As a Property Manager you will be responsible for a property portfolio:
Carry out inspections
Raising & following up on corrective actions.
Identify new opportunities
Estate and facilities management
Liaise and build relationships with maintenance contractors
Ensure all properties are maintained up to high standards
Booking inventory checks
The best property manager will possess the skill of problem solving!
Skills & Attributes:
