£20k basic salary + commission and company car/ car Allowance
Monday – Thursday 8.45am - 7pm, Friday – 8.45am-6pm Every other Saturday
Based within modern offices in a great location our clients have a position available for an experienced Sales Manager and be part of their amazing team.
If you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the property sector, ideally as a Sales Manager/Senior Negotiator and are looking to move your career and earnings to the next level our client would be keen to meet with you.
To be considered:
Experience in valuations and listing
Conducting viewings
Dealing with Offers and Sales Progression
Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly and annual targets
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
We are looking for exceptional candidates with first class customer relation skills who are capable of thinking outside the box. Candidates must be able to competently manage the sales progression.
