£18,000 - £20,000 incl, car allowance Plus commission OTE £45,000
Monday to Thursday: 9am – 7pm Friday until 6pm Saturday 9am – 5pm
Every Saturday and day off in the week every other week.
Our client, is an established, lively & enthusiastic estate agency based in fantastic modern offices in Turnpike Lane. They have a strong team and pride themselves on having a healthy mix of new ideas and traditional values. They are looking for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their team. The right candidate will be positive, ambitious and naturally enthusiastic with a can-do attitude, well presented and have at least 2 years experience.
For the successful applicants, this role will involve:
Working closely with the team to identify new business opportunities and generating new ideas.
Driving high value sales/lettings through the office.
Generating quality leads, following these up and consistently aiming for high conversion rates.
Complying with all relevant legislation in the industry.
Ensuring that all customers receive a professional, efficient, friendly and personalised service.
Consistently demonstrating the ability to pre-empt and fully understand customer needs and requirements.
The Individual
A minimum of 2 years experience in Estate Agency.
Proven ability of meeting and exceeding targets.
The ability to engage and work well within a successful team.
A full UK driving licence and own vehicle
