Up to £17k Basic Salary + Commission + Car Allowance
Our Client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team. It is important candidates have excellent negotiation skills, are articulate, well presented and keen to further their career with a leading company. The Lettings Negotiator responsible for regular communication with clients, negotiating offers between the Landlord and Tenant and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.
Industry experience is preferred but not essential, as a minimum you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
Requirements for this role:
Minimum 9 months experience in Estate Agency
Full UK driving licence
Motivated attitude
Genuine ambition to progress and develop career
Proven track of record of exceeding company targets
The package on offer:
Basic salary starting at £17,000
Great commission structure
Car Allowance
