Working hours Monday to Friday 9am -5pm
Temporary Position until April 2021
Our Client is looking for a Property Manager for their branch in Harrow. You must be enthusiastic and responsible with property management experience; you must be able to demonstrate a track record of your achievements. A solid property background is essential, you will have good knowledge of the property market and industry and a good knowledge, along with the following:-
Ability to demonstrate initiative
Excellent telephone manner
Strong time management skills
Ability to problem solve
Professional approach to customer services
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Opening pre tenancy files (taking up references, arranging inventories, gas safety certs & EPC's).
Raising rental agreements
Dealing with property maintenance.
Collection of rents. Payments to landlords including overseas landlords.
Keep up to date with lettings legislation.
