Sales Negotiator - Harrow
£17,000 - £20,000 £40,000 OTE
Our client is a market leading Estate Agent in Harrow. A very rare opportunity has arisen for experienced Sales Negotiator, we are looking for candidates with previous experience in the residential property industry who consistently push themselves to be the best and succeed.
Duties to include:
Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents
Maintaining applicant database
Negotiating offers
Co-ordinating sales to completion
Conduct effective accompanied viewings
Requirements:
Great Customer service
Accuracy and attention to detail
Time Management
Ability to work as part of a team
Enthusiastic and positive outlook
Excellent communication skills
