Basic Salary up to £18k - £20k + Commission (£40k - £45k OTE)
Our Client is seeking a full time Senior Lettings Negotiator for their Rotherhithe office.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious negotiator to join an office with a large stock list. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner, be well presented, highly organised and flexible in their working approach.
You must be able to demonstrate:
Ability to maximise business opportunities
Be able to work in a dynamic environment
Strong customer service skills
Expert industry and local knowledge
Highly driven to achieve pre-agreed targets
Hold a full UK driving licence
Ideal Candidate
