£20,000 + Commission (OTE £30k)
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Lettings negotiator to join our clients successful Amersham office. Primary responsibilities of the role are to market and let properties whilst focusing on providing the highest levels of customer service. Responsibilities include registering applicants, calling leads, booking valuations, arranging and conducting property viewings, negotiating offers with landlords, giving landlords weekly updates, signing up landlord insurances, canvassing for new stock, progressing offers through to referencing.
About you:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Ability to build a rapport with ease
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Well presented
An ambitious self-starter with the desire to succeed
Full UK clean driving license
Own vehicle preferred, use of pool car during office hours
Hours
Monday to Friday 09.00 – 18.00pm Alternate Saturdays 09.00 – 16.00pm
