A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to work for a highly regarded Sales & Lettings agency in Ealing. With their reputation for outstanding professionalism, they require an individual with a similar focus to join them and make the sales department even more successful.
As a Sales Consultant your role will involve:
Working with the Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities
Generating quality leads, following these up and aiming for high conversation rates
Promoting products and services
Understanding local stakeholders and competitors within the property market
Ensuring all instructions are presented to the highest standard
Achieving targets and aiming to exceed them on a monthly basis

Working with the sales and lettings team to ensure the office is presented to the highest standard possible
Building relationships with vendors and applicants
If you can demonstrate the following skills, we want to hear from you:
Previous experience of the property industry
Full and clean UK driving licence
Self-motivation with a ‘can do’ attitude
Exceptional computer skills and an understanding of computer packages (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Dynamics, Dezrez)
An excellent telephone manner, communication skills and exceptional customer service delivery
Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets
Knowledge of the West London area would be beneficial
