Our client is a market leading Estate Agent with a great office in a fantastic location. They cover some fantastic areas which means you have unlimited potential for winning sales deals, winning instructions, and there is a lot of business to be done. We are essentially looking for a highly motivated, responsible, self-driven, target-setting individual, who is passionate in what they do, and can work well within a team.
Main duties:
Qualifying new applicants
Making 30 - 40 calls per day trying to generate new business
Arranging and carrying-out viewings
Providing a first-class service to all customers and vendors
Ensuring clients’ expectations are managed correctly, with the aim of exceeding them
Negotiating with all parties to ensure the best outcome for everyone
Managing the process from an offer being agreed to issuing the Memorandum of Sale, exchange of contracts and completion of the transaction (assistance will be given here in the first 1-
